Onsite Registration

Online registration is now closed.

The Congress Registration Desk will be located in the 4F Foyer of the Toranomon Hills Forum venue. Registration Desk hours are indicated below.

For attendees who have yet to register, to speed up the onsite registration process, please complete and return the Onsite Registration Form before Nov. 14 to allow us to prepare name cards etc. in advance. Payment will be processed on site.

  • * Speakers are required to complete registration and payment of registration fees before submission of their final paper (on or before Aug. 31, 2019).
    A 32 digit keycode will be provided to speakers by email on completion of registration fee payment. The keycode is required when uploading the final paper to the papercept submission system. 
  • ** Rates apply to members of the Gas Turbine Society of Japan or the collaborating societies.
  • The registration fee covers access to the congress sessions, the exhibition, the welcome reception, coffee breaks, conference proceedings (electronic) and the printed program.
  • Anyone who intends to participate in the Congress sessions must complete
    a paid registration. Accompanying persons cannot participate in Congress
    sessions. An accompanying person is someone who will only attend the reception or the banquet (Note: a separate banquet fee is required).
  • A sales tax of 8% will be applied to the above fees until Sept. 30.
  • A sales tax of 10% will be applied to the above fees from Oct. 1 and on-site
  • Please note, the sales tax rate applies to the date of payment NOT the date of registration.
  • Admission to the exhibition is free.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees will be refunded after deducting cancellation fees as follows:

  • On or Before August 31, 2019: no charge
  • After September 01, 2019: 50% of the registration fee
  • On or After October 18, 2019: 100% of the registration fee / No refund

Should a visa be needed, participants should submit the Visa Information Form (xlsx / pdf) to the IGTC2019 Registration Desk a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.

The support conditions below MUST be COMPLETED BEFORE September 30, 2019 in order to provide visa assistance.
